Day 1City Sights, Local Culture & Night Market
Mahattamangkalaram Temple (Wat Hat Yai Nai) is a tranquil Buddhist temple located in the heart of Hat Yai. It is best known for housing one of the largest reclining Buddha statues in the world. Morning: Arrive in Hat Yai, check in to your hotel, and visit the giant reclining Buddha at Wat Hat Yai Nai. Lunch: Enjoy famous Southern Thai dim sum or classic Hat Yai fried chicken near the town center. Kim Yong Market is a lively marketplace offering imported snacks, dried fruit, nuts, teas, and local goods. Afternoon: Stroll through Kim Yong Market to sample local snacks, roasted nuts, and dried fruit. Late Afternoon: Relax at a local café or explore the shopping streets around Lee Gardens Plaza Shopping Mall. ASEAN Night Bazaar Hatyai is a multi-story outdoor night market known for trendy clothing, accessories, souvenirs, and a food court on the second floor. Day 2Hilltop Views, Waterfalls & Floating Market
Hatyai City Municipal Park is a hilltop park featuring shrine statues, lush greenery, and sweeping panoramic views of the entire city. Morning: Head to Hat Yai Municipal Park to view the standing Buddha statue on Kho Hong Hill and enjoy the breeze over the valley. Lunch: Stop by a local restaurant for southern Thai curries or Bak Kut Teh. Khlong Hae Floating Market is a popular waterfront market where vendors cook and serve authentic Thai dishes directly from traditional wooden longtail boats. Afternoon: Relax or visit Ton Nga Chang Waterfall outside the city for a quick dip in nature. Evening: Visit Khlong Hae Floating Market (open Friday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM) to try coconut drinks, seafood, and boat noodles served in eco-friendly earthenware pots. Day 3Coastal Excursion to Songkhla & Farewell

Morning: Take a short drive or Tuk-Tuk ride to Songkhla Old Town. Wander down Nakhon Nok and Nakhon Nai streets to photograph the murals and historic shophouses. Samila Beach is a tranquil coastal beach featuring soft sand, pine trees, and the iconic Golden Mermaid Statue.
